Planning Committee agendas, reports & minutes of meetings

The most contentious applications are generally determined by the Council's Planning Committee. On the Planning Committee web pages you can find the following information:

  • Agendas for both future and past meetings, including officer reports and recommendations on planning applications. Agendas are published 5 working days before the date of the meeting,
  • Minutes of previous meetings,
  • A Calendar of Council Meetings,
  • A list of Planning Committee Members
  • The Planning Scheme of Delegation (see Planning Committee web pages) which explains in detail when an application will be referred to Planning Committee for a decision rather than determined by the Council's Planning Officers.
