Group fitness and exercise classes
All exercise classes cost £5.20 per session and most are available within the memberships at no extra cost*. We do not have concessionary rates for any instructor led classes.
Classes and bookings
The live class timetable and availability are shown on our online bookings system. (Registration is free to casual customers and members).

All casual customers must pre-pay for any classes at the time of a booking, as due to the high demand we cannot reserve classes. Members secure a booking by giving a valid membership number.
A minimum 3hrs+ cancellation notice is always required, otherwise you will be charged for the class and your bookings restricted (see cancellation policy & T&C's)

Please be careful before attending outdoor bootcamps or personal training (even if you do not have to pay). Make sure that the organiser has booked the Park, has adequate insurance cover and is qualified. We've had a few people/companies trying to do this recently and we can assure you that we do not have any third parties operating within Aireville Park, which means they are not insured to teach such classes (the same rules apply for any park or open field). Please call us if you would like to check someone's validity 01756 693929 (Leisure Services Manager). If you are interested in BootCamp classes ours run each Wednesday night (6pm - 7pm) and they are included within our memberships.

The kettlebell or girya (Russian) is a cast-iron weight resembling a cannonball with a handle, used to perform ballistic exercises that combine cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training.
Our spin classes simulate real cycling terrain, conditions and techniques using five core movements and three hand positions that make real cycling sense.
This class combines Latin and international music with dance to make exercise fun! Classes are based on salsa, meringue, cumbia, reggaeton, samba and other international music styles and rhythms. This class is for all ages and abilities, just follow the instructor and have fun!
Iyengar yoga, with its focus on postural alignment, can help alleviate postural/structural problems.
Interval training in which strength exercises are combined with endurance/aerobic exercises, combining the benefits of both a cardiovascular and strength training workout.
A 45 or 60 minute class using barbells and adjustable weights to tone and condition muscles while raising metabolic rate for rapid fat burning.
A 45 or 60 minute form of exercise that comprises rhythmic aerobic exercise with stretching and strength training components in order to improve all elements of fitness (flexibility, muscle strength, and cardio-vascular fitness). It is typically performed to music in a group setting with fierce energetic moves!
Fit and Functional
Provides a 45-60 minute workout incorporating low impact aerobic moves & circuit based exercises. Performed to music, this class is especially suited to active adults in their 40s, 50s and 60s. It's also suitable for group exercise beginners.
Pilates is an exercise method, designed to elongate, strengthen and restore the body to balance. Classes will focus on specific areas individually whilst using exercises that integrate the whole body to re-educate and restore it to optimum muscular and skeletal function.
Bokwa® is a new and completely different approach to group exercise that is rapidly spreading across the globe.
Bookings & cancellations policy
Most of our exercise classes, GP referrals, fitness inductions and fitness reviews need to be booked in advance. We understand that from time to time customers may need to cancel a class and our policy is explained here.
