Hydro Aerobics
This is a shallow water workout (1.26m).
Participants perform a range of movements from general mobilisation to aerobic workout.
Buoyant weights are used for strengthening upper body.
A fun, dance based workout - suitable for all levels.
Hydro Jog
This is a deep water workout (1.8m).
Participants wear a hydro belt to help them stay upright in the water.
Moves are jog/run related with aerobic intervals, incorporating some strength and conditioning weights work.
Suitable for all levels of fitness
Hydro Dance
A fun fitness workout incorporating both modern & traditional dances (Latin, modern, ballroom and rumba).
This class is suitable for non-swimmers.
Hydro HIIT
High intensity interval training is a fast moving circuit based workout focussing on individual muscle groups.
Alternating deep water and shallow water workouts, it combines using weights, kettle bells, pulleys and balls to get an all over body workout.
Suitable for experienced water workout participants.
Hydro Fit
A fast and furious workout getting you in peak condition.
Suitable for experienced water workout participants.
Times, prices and booking information
Classes cost £5.65 per session and most are available within the memberships at no extra cost.
We do not have concessionary rates for any instructor led classes.
