Matching movement to music and using traditional strength training, RIP is a barbell programme suitable for all ages and abilities.
RIP is a 60-minute barbell program for able-bodied men and women of all ages and all fitness levels. Matching movement to music and using traditional strength training allows participants to work at their own level. Please attend 15 mins prior to the class if you are new to Pump classes and the instructor will brief you before the class on techniques needed.
