Suitable for all abilities and fitness levels and ideal if you are new to yoga. Benefit from Improved flexibility, muscle tone and balance and relaxation section.
Classes are 75 - 90 minutes in length
Iyengar Yoga
Focuses on postural alignment, to help alleviate postural/structural problems. It can also release emotional tensions.
We offer beginners or intermediate classes.
Vinayasa Flow Yoga
Offers a challenging workout that is ideal for those who are looking for a more physically demanding yoga class.
The emphasis is on strength and body conditioning rather than being super bendy.
By focusing on working through different poses, a moving meditation is created, enabling release of the mind and a greater connectivity with the world around you.
