✔️NEW! Air purifiers installed in our gym & studio to reduce airborne germs /allergens and odors
✔️Sanitising hands and temp checks on entry encouraged
✔️ Please still “do your bit, clean your kit” wiping down all equipment after use (not metal work please)
✔️ All cleaning & sanitising stations, ventilation of areas will remain in place
✔️ Staff cleaning regimes will remain in place
What’s changed?
✔️ Changing areas/cubicles/lockers are open fully
✔️ All Gym equipment will be back on the gym floor
✔️ Increased capacity in the gym to maximum of 61, (12 in free weights area)
✔️ Free-flow access (customers can come anytime but must swipe in on the fitness gate) Opening times 06:15-21:30 Weekdays, 8:15am-16:00 Weekends
✔️Off peak times are usually weekdays: 6:15am-9.15am, 1-3pm, 8pm-9:30pm. (weekends 1-3pm) these times are usually quieter.
✔️FREE personalised programmes available every 6 weeks again for member (including FREE body analysis) bookable on gym floor or reception
✔️Gym orientations (Inductions) available FREE to all members - bookable on gym floor or reception
On finishing your session
